Wakefit Innovations Limited, a leading home and sleep solutions company, has appointed Parul Gupta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The update was shared through a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Parul Gupta brings close to 20 years of extensive experience in strategic finance, regulatory compliance, and business finance management. Over the years, she has worked with several well-known organisations, including Syngene, Myntra, Jabong, Aircel, and Airtel, where she held key leadership positions and contributed to financial strategy and operational efficiency.
The company has also reported steady financial growth. Wakefit recorded revenue from operations of ₹421 crore in the third quarter of FY26, compared to ₹385 crore during the same period last year, reflecting consistent business expansion. Additionally, the company’s profitability has shown strong momentum, with net profit rising to ₹32 crore in Q3 FY26, doubling from ₹16 crore reported in Q2 FY26 on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
Wakefit recently made its stock market debut, although the listing remained relatively subdued. The company’s shares were listed at ₹195 per share, which was at the upper end of its IPO price band. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the stock opened slightly lower at ₹194.10, reflecting a marginal discount of around 0.5% from the issue price.
As of 1:33 PM, Wakefit’s shares were trading at ₹199, valuing the company at a market capitalisation of approximately ₹6,249 crore (around $689 million).
